Victor N. Nartey Jnr. – Founder, Director

Victor has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing), Bachelor of Arts in French and a Masters in Business Administration & Business Informatics.

He has over 7 years of experience working in banking, having held roles in Marketing, Project Management, Change Management, Process Improvement and Re-engineering Consultancy.
He was part of the Management Committee of London Spikers Volleyball Club for over 5 years, the UK's Only Gay Volleyball Club in the roles of Club President, PR Officer and New Members Officer.

Victor speaks several languages and has lived and worked in Ghana, Zimbabwe, The US, The Netherlands and the UK. He is fortunate enough to have travelled through Africa, Asia, North America and Europe.
His unique perspective on contemporary cosmopolitan life, tempered with his creative spirituality, managerial skills,
work-ethic and sparkling smile, stand him in good stead as he looks to direct Sparkles & Associates.

Servanne Sohier - Magazine Editor

Servanne studied journalism with a specialisation in new media at university. She began her career as freelance music journalist and photographer before deciding that pictures was where her heart lay.

In 2003 she joined an art reproduction company that had just started a new media set-up, offering on-demand prints for major clients, such as Disney and Habitat.
In April 2004 Servanne moved across to a leading image library, working on, amongst other things, keywording and metadata in three languages. When the company was taken over by Getty in 2005, she decided it was time to move on.
In July 2005 she took up the role of senior picture editor with a press agency. Since the end of 2007 she has been working as a picture editor and assistant editor for a magazine.

Servanne's three passions are photography, music and books. Apart from reading whatever comes to sight, she shoots live music events and contributes other stock shots to an image library. Servanne has been passionate about Qind ever since it was a twinkle in Victor's eye.
